RMTis intentional planned time focused on contemplative activities that creates rest emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Rest is a crucial part of managing stress, and restoring mental clarity. Every traumatic event we experience leaves an imprint on our brain which releases stress to the rest of our body. Experiencing toxic stress over time physically impairs our ability to check in with our body’s needs.

To manage stress, our RMT retreats seek to train retreaters how to regulate their nervous system through kinesthetic activities, community and earth connection, mindful stillness, and healthy eating.

What is the RMT Retreat?

We provide retreaters with a guide toward personal health awareness and maintenance with:

  • wholistic solutions for mental health and wellbeing
  • vision enlightenment & connection to self (mind, body, and spirit)
  • group and 1-on-1 processing for an intentional approach to life
